Is having treatment abroad safe?
It can be, when the clinic is properly chosen. We only work with clinics we have vetted ourselves, and we stay involved before, during and after your stay. You are never handed off and forgotten.
Who actually performs my treatment?
The partner clinic's own licensed dentists and surgeons. The Glow Med is a facilitator: we arrange and accompany, and the medical work is carried out by the clinic's qualified team.
What is included, and what will it cost?
You get a free treatment plan first, with a clear price before you decide anything. Your plan sets out what is covered, so there are no surprises once you arrive.
How long will I need to stay?
It depends on the treatment. Once we understand your case, we tell you honestly how many days to plan for and build the trip around it.
What happens once I am back home?
Aftercare does not stop at the airport. You keep a direct line to us for questions during recovery, and we help coordinate anything you need with the clinic.
Which languages do you speak?
